Dawnview to compete in national competition

School excited about upcoming national Heritage Council competition.

The Department of Education has been hosting its annual National Heritage Council competition.

Schools first competed at district level, and three schools proceeded to the provincial competition, where the school which won first place gets the opportunity to represent the province at the national competition.

Dawnview High School competed on September 17 along with various other schools, the school came first and are now extremely excited to represent the province in Haartebees, from October 3 to 7.

The pupils and teachers at the school wish the team all the best and know they will make the Ekurhuleni district shine at the nationals.
