Amanzimtoti SPCA staff had another horrific animal cruelty case to deal with, reported the South Coast Sun. A male dog with a clamp through his hind leg was taken into the SPCA last Monday morning, September 12, from the Chatsworth area as a stray. “Apparently the dog had been hanging around in the area for three days,” said manager Tracey Girling.
