Police appeal to community for help

The Primrose police are appealing to anyone who might have witnessed an accident that happened in Rietfontein Road, on August 6, to come forward.

The accident occurred at 7.30pm and it is alleged that a 32-year-old man was crossing the road when he was hit by an unknown vehicle, which did not stop after the accident.

The victim suffered multiple injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance after the incident.

Anyone who might have seen the incident, can describe the vehicle, or has the vehicle’s registration number, is asked to contact Det-Const Noxolo Ngqeleni on 081 442 3006 or 082 822 8031.
