Twenty nabbed in Katlehong South

Daily stop-and-search in Katlehong South yields results.

Twenty suspects were arrested in a Katlehong police stop-and-search on Wednesday.

The operation was conducted by the Katlehong Crime Prevention Unit and saw people being arrested on a number of charges.

The charges included intimidation, housebreaking and theft, malicious damage to property, warrant of arrest, business robbery, driving under the influence of alcohol, and the possession of dagga.

All of the arrested suspects are expected to appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court soon.
