Don’t miss all the thrills at the 2016 Rand Airshow

The Rand Airshow is set to take flight once again from Rand Airport, on Sunday, August 20.

Prepare for a day of high flying action at the 2016 Rand Airshow, on Sunday, August 21.

Young and old will be delighted by the aerial wonder that has become synonymous with the airshow – the largest, most spectacular, private airshow in South Africa.

Guests can look forward to seeing Harvards, Pitts Specials, the Dakota, the Silver Falcons, Trojans, P-51 “Mustang Sally” and many more on the day.

Gates will open at 7am with the first planes taking to the sky at 10am.

Patrons can also expect to see thrilling displays by skydivers, the Flying Lions Formation Aerobatic Team, the Henley Air Bell 222 Chopper, the Gabriel Wings Aerobatic Team, Extra 330SC Solo Aerobatics, as well as, a flyover by a Mango B738.

With all that the Rand Airshow has to offer, make sure you get to Rand Airport on Sunday, for a great day out.

Tickets for the show will be sold at the gate or alternatively can be purchased from www.randairshow.co.za before the event.
