Help raise funds for Prim Villa

Show your support for Prim Villa by hosting a Forget Me Not tea party from July until September.

Prim Villa, a 78-bed facility in Primrose Hill specialises in the care of those who have Alzheimer’s or related dementias.

The Forget Me Not progressive tea fund-raiser will run from July to September.

It is a sociable, fun way to help Prim Villa raise the funds that they urgently need.

How to get involved:

An individual, company or group of people can host a tea party in their home or workplace.

You host a tea party, serve tea and cake, and charge an entrance fee for your guests.

All the proceeds made from the tea parties will go towards the Prim Villa foundation.

The fund-raiser is called a progressive tea so you can ask each of your guests to host a tea party or event and then they can invite their own guests.

Their guests are then asked to do the same and so it pays forward.

Churches and women’s auxiliaries have taken on this challenge as have teachers, nurses and groups of passionate people.

Anyone who would like to support this foundation is encouraged to host a tea party and enrich the lives of those living at Prim Villa.

Some examples of functions which have been held are a soup and sherry evening, lunch, high tea, dinner or anything that brings a group of people together with a common goal to help Prim Villa.

“Let’s celebrate what we are still able to recall and enjoy memories and special times with friends and loved ones,” said Sharon Flint, the manager of Prim Villa.

“Support the foundation to make the residents of Prim Villa feel special by raising much-needed funds.”
