St Catherine’s donates to a worthy cause

Local school aids the Sunflower Foundation.

St Catherine’s School head boy James Yates shows off the certificate presented to the school by the Sunflower Fund in appreciation of the school’s donation.

The pupils from St Catherine’s School recently collected second-hand clothing for a company called Clothes 2 Good.

The company paid R2 607.50 for the clothes and this money was donated to the Sunflower Fund.

St Catherine’s thanks all the pupils for participating in the initiative.

The money was handed over to Kedibone Mogabe (right) from the Sunflower Fund by Jade Jansen, the child who collected the most clothes.
