The Elsburg SAPS were out and about recently conducting a roadblock. The roadblock was held at the intersection of Dekema and Blackreef roads, Wadeville. The idea behind the roadblock was to provide motorists with information that would aid in reducing the high rate of hijackings in the Elsburg policing area.
