Police name smash-and-grab hot spot areas

The Germiston SAPS have identified a number of smash-and-grab hot spot areas in their policing district.

They are warning the community to be alert and on their guard when driving, especially in these areas.

The hot spot area:

• N17 highway off-ramp to Black Reef Road.
• The corner of Lower Boksburg Road and Simon Bekker Street.
• The corner of Jack and Refinery roads.
• The M2 highway off-ramp to Refinery Road.
• The corner of Johan Rissik and Junction roads.
• The corner of Power and Refinery roads.
