Christmas Drive a success

Local pet and grooming salon, Loets Pets in A Tub, held a Christmas Drive for the Germiston SPCA.

Primrose’s Loets Pets in A Tub Christmas Drive for the Germiston SPCA was a success.

The drive was initiated by the local pet and grooming salon’s founder, Loets Marthinus, (GCN, November 27).

“A special thank you to all our pensioners that really went the extra mile in donating food for our abandoned furry babies,” said Loets.

“A big thank you to all my clients for your support. I also extend my heart-felt gratitude to Annie Coetzee for donating nine bags of 10kg dog food. Coetzee donated the most so this means that her dog, Butch, will get a free pamper and groom.”

All the items donated were handed over to the SPCA on December 2.

“I am humbled by the response from my clients and the community, we really and truly appreciate it and I know it is going to make a difference,” added Loets.

“From Clint and Nizaam Marthinus, the staff at Pets In A Tub and myself have a safe and blessed festive season.”
