Mbulelo Vincent Jacobs (33) was reported missing by his mother, Thandeka, on October 24, at the Germiston Police Station.
He stays in Dukathole and had left his house at around 11.30am on October 22.
He has not returned home since then.
Mbulelo is said to sometimes suffer from epileptic fits.
Attempts to find him at surrounding hospitals and even the mortuary have thus far yielded no results.
