The Germiston SAPS are warning school children to be alert and aware at all times. Capt Manaka George Raphulu, head of communications for the Germiston SAPS, said: “School pupils are warned that they are being targeted by robbers, especially in the afternoons when they are walking home from school.”

2. Drugs worth over R250 000 found in Germiston CBD: https://bit.ly/1KTK5vm

The Germiston SAPS made a huge drug bust, last Friday afternoon. “Upon searching three suspects, aged between 24 and 28 years old, the police discovered a 20 litre bucket containing tablets and powder suspected to be drugs in white transparent bags,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Germiston Cluster SAPS.

3. Women arrested for armed robbery: https://bit.ly/1KA2BWe

The Primrose police recently arrested two women, aged 28 and 35, on charges of armed robbery. Two laptops and a cellphone were stolen in the robbery.

4. Police need help in tracing robbers: https://bit.ly/1jgO3E9

The Primrose police are appealing to anyone who can help with information that could lead to the arrest of business robbery suspects. The robbery recently took place at the post office, in Sunnyridge.
