The Primrose police have issued a warning to the community to be on the lookout for the following vehicles:
- A white Volkswagen Polo, registration unknown.
The vehicle is believed to have been used in truck hijackings.
- A black Volkswagen Polo, with an unknown registration.
The vehicle has reportedly been used by three men in robberies in the area.
- A white Volkswagen City Golf Velocity, registration unknown.
Believed to be used in armed robberies.
- A blue Toyota Corolla used in hijackings in the area.
It is reported the vehicle is used by four men.
The registration is still unknown.
“We appeal to the community not to approach any of these vehicles should they see them.
“Rather call the police immediately, on 011 842-0522, or the patrol vehicles on 071 675 6864/5/6/7/8/9 or 08600 10111,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.
