Drug possession and abuse continues to be a problem in the Primrose area, according to the Primrose police.
In an attempt to curb the problem, police continue to patrol known drug hotspots in the area.
During a recent patrol officers arrested a 28-year-old in Beaconsfield Avenue, for the possession of a white substance, believed to be drugs.
The accused has since appeared in the Germiston Magistrates Court, where his case was postponed for plea and trial.
