This load of garden refuse was dumped on the corner of Baker and Parnell roads in Estera by a tree felling company, last Thursday.
Rita Venter told the GCN that they dumped the branches as the wheel of their trailer came off and they needed to lighten the load in order to move the trailer and fix it.
She said her neighbour requested them to return to pick up the dumped load but, to date, they have not returned.
Venter said that the heap is now growing as more people have added tree branches to it.
Residents are now concerned that the area will become a spot for illegal dumping.
