SPCA reaches out to the community for Mandela Day
Helping the animals this Mandela Day.
In celebration of Mandela Day, the Germiston SPCA will be conducting an outreach programme.
The Mandela Day Outreach will take place from 9am to 1pm on July 18, in the Mandela and Nhlapo sections in Katlehong.
The community can find the SPCA staff members in the open field next to the old Natalspruit Hospital, near the Ekuphokenu Mental Hospital and across from the Maqawezulu Driving School.
Bring along your dogs and cats for vaccinations, sterilisation, tick and flea treatment and veterinary treatment.
Community members can also bring any animals they do not want, including, dogs, cats, sheep, pigs, goats and chickens to the SPCA staff.
