Wychwood Primary pupils taught right from wrong

Primrose police continue their school visits.

Members of the Primrose police, together with members of the Primrose Crime Prevention Youth Desk (PCPYD), recently visited Wychwood Primary School.

The team visited the school to address learners on issues such as theft, drugs, bullying and xenophobia.

Members of the PCPYD performed an interactive play with two thought provoking poems to demonstrate to learners the effects of substance abuse.

Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police, also gave a detailed presentation on the effects of xenophobia.

The team was thanked for their visit by the school’s head girl. “She thanked us for choosing Wychwood Primary School and encouraged her peers to follow the advice they had been given,” Maome said.
