A truck, carrying a huge load of wooden doors, overturned on Black Reef Road, Dinwiddie, last Monday.
Local resident Jozi Nagel took photos and a video at the scene and told the GCN that the driver lost control of the vehicle at about 11.30pm.
“All the lanes were blocked by the truck and its scattered load,” Nagel said.
“Only an ambulance responded to the scene, we could not get through to the police and the fire department.
“Due to this, residents from a nearby complex helped warn motorists about the problem as the road was very dark.
“The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries.”
