Great fun was had by all at the Din-Al-View CPF awareness campaign, last Saturday.
Held at Dinwiddie High School, community members came along to find about more about the CPF and the work they do.
One of the big events on the day was the Braai Masters competition.
Rynaard Beylefeld was named the ultimate braai master, winning himself a R1 000 Spar voucher courtesy of Albemarle Spar.
Second place went to Warren Rheinhard, who won a R 1 000 voucher from Merv’s Hardware and third place was taken by Francois Deysel, who won a R200 voucher from Nino’s Pizza and Pasta in Albemarle.
Dalene Ferreira and Mari Deysel were given vouchers from Hair@Hatfield for their participation.
Visitors to the event were entertained by DJ Herman Marais.
He offered his services to the CPF at no cost, for which committee members are extremely thankful.
