Sunnyridge Primary students taught to say no to drugs

Police focus on xenophobia and drugs during school visit.

Members of the Primrose police continued their schools outreach programme recently, with a visit to Sunnyridge Primary School.

The officers, together with members of the Primrose Crime Prevention Youth Desk (PCPYD), taught the students about illegal substance abuse, as well as xenophobia.

During the visit the PCPYD members performed an interactive play to demonstrate to effects of crime.

The children were also taught about their rights and the Child Act.
