Come and join the Jasmine Lotus Foundation in making winter warmer for those in need.
The Jasmine Lotus Foundation was registered in May 2014.
“Our foundation’s objective is to use the power of philanthropy to improve and change people’s lives.
“We strive to assist people and animals in need, and hope that through our charitable giving we can make a profound difference to others, both in our local and regional communities, today and, more importantly, in the future,” explained Gisela Rall, the secretary of the Jasmine Lotus Foundation.
With this in mind, the group will be hosting a “Warmer Winner Dinner”, on May 16.
The event will be held at the Winner’s Restaurant and Pub, corner Rand Airport and Van Riebeek roads, at 6pm.
The group plans to use the funds raised at this event to buy scarves, beanies and gloves, which will be disturbed to those in need.
