The Primrose police recently arrested a 26-year-old man in Carnation Road, in Primrose.
The man was charged with drug possession after officers responded to reports about a suspicious vehicle in the area.
When officers arrived, they discovered the vehicle was occupied by three men.
They asked the men to exit the vehicle so they could be searched.
During the search, one of the men admitted he had an illegal substance in his possession and handed it over to police.
The man was arrested and taken to the Primrose Police Station where he was detained pending his appearance in the Germiston Magistrates Court.
