A Women’s World Day of Prayer event was held at Rest-a-While Community Centre for the Elderly, last Friday.
All women from local churches in the area were invited and refreshments were enjoyed after the service.
Wendy Morgan and Trudy Carreira from Rest-a-While thank the women from the Salvation Army for attending and making the morning extra special.
The service was led by Chicko Watson and assisted by Morgan.
