The Primrose Police recently arrested four suspects for the possession of housebreaking implements.
The three men, and one woman, aged between 23 and 29, were arrested in Pine Avenue while police were patrolling the area.
The arrest was made after officers noticed a black Volkwagen Golf with four occupants inside.
The occupants were acting suspiciously so the officers attempted to pull the vehicle over.
Realising what was happening, the Golf sped off and the police gave chase.
Officers were able to corner the vehicle in Pine Avenue, and when they approached the vehicle, they noticed one of the passengers attempting to hide something in the boot.
Police searched the suspects and the vehicle, and they found a black toy-gun, orange bolt cutters and two knives.
The four were arrested and detained at the Primrose Police Station.
