Don’t park on the pavement warns CPF

Keep an eye on your vehicle.

The Primrose CPF is urging people not to park their vehicles on pavements or on the road.

“If this is not possible, watch your vehicle.

“If your car’s alarm goes off, go outside and check it as vehicle thieves set off the alarm and wait to see if there is a reaction from the owner,” said Wendy Morgan, secretary of the Primrose CPF.

“If you do not react, they come back and steal your vehicle.”

Morgan also warned that hijackings have been on the increase in Primrose and she said people must be constantly alert.

The Primrose CPF is currently setting up WhatsApp groups for each street in Primrose.

If you would like to be part of a group, contact Morgan on 072 963 9675 for assistance.
