The GCN has confirm that a RAM courier van reported to have been involved to an attempted hijacking in the Gerdview was in fact hijacked in the Jet Park area earlier today.

Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police confirmed that the vehicle had been hijacked earlier today and was then recover in Gerdview.

The Boksburg SAPS has since open and is investigated a case of hijacking.
