Primrose Police arrested a suspect, aged 30, for dealing in and possession of drugs, on November 12.
“This happened when our police received a tip-off about a man who was meant to come to the swimming pool to deliver drugs that were ordered,” said the communication officer for the Primrose SAPS, Sgt Styles Maome.
“Our police waited for the suspect and when a man fitting the descriptionarrived they approached him, asked permission to search him and found brown powder wrapped in plastic.”
The suspect was arrested and detained at the Primrose Police Station.
The suspect appeared in the Germiston Magistrates Court and the matter was postponed for plea and trial.
