Can you always trust a helping hand?

Woman narrowly escapes possible kidnap attempt.

The Primrose CPF wants to bring the following situation to the community’s attention.

“At a shopping mall, recently, a woman discovered she had a flat tyre,” explained Wendy Morgan, of the Primrose CPF.

“She had started to change the tyre when she was approached by a smartly dressed man.

“The man offered to help her change her tyre and she accepted his help gratefully.

“When he was finished he placed her tools in the boot of her car and she noticed that he had also placed his briefcase in her boot.

“She thought this very odd, but began to thank him for his help.

“It was then that the man asked if she would mind driving him to the other side of the mall, where he had parked his car.

“The woman felt very uneasy and claimed she had to rush back inside, as she had forgotten to buy something.

“She thanked him again and went back into the mall.

“When she returned to her car with the mall’s security staff the man was nowhere to be seen.

“The security guard then checked the briefcase, which was still in the car’s boot, and they found it contained a length of rope and a selection of knives.

“We appeal to the community to be careful; always be aware of your surroundings,” concluded Morgan.

  1. I must say that this is a really weird incident! By the sounds of it, this guy is some kind of a serial killer or something (a briefcase containing a selection of knives)!!!
