Get inked and help break a world record
Local tattoo shop to try to break Guinness World Record.
The Dungeon Inc Tattoo and Body Piercing Studio will attempt to break a Guinness World Record this weekend.
The tattoo record attempt will take place at the studio, from August 22 to 24, and tattoo artist Dietmar Windsor will be tattooing for 52 straight hours.
The event will start at 10am on the Friday and end at 6pm on the Sunday.
“This will be the first time a tattoo world record will be attempted and/or broken in South Africa, by a South African tattoo artist at a South African tattoo studio,” said the owner of Dungeon Inc, Nicole Barlow.
“We are looking for 48 people willing to come for a tattoo of their choice, up to a maximum size of 12cm x 12cm, at a minimal cost per tattoo, to help us break this world record.”
Barlow said that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to a charity dedicated to saving rhinos.
