Ackermans Pharmacy gives away two new cars

Ackermans Pharmacy rewarded its loyal customers with a chance to win one of two new cars.

Patrons who spent R100 or more could place their till slip into either the Hyundai i10 or the Chevy Spark Lite draw.

Eleven finalists were drawn for each car and asked to attend the grant finale, which took place on Saturday, January 25, outside the pharmacy.

Each finalist was asked to choose an envelope which contained a key.

They then took turns trying to open the door of the car of their choice.

Helmut Homann, who hails from Witfield, in Boksburg, was the lucky winner of the Chevy Spark Lite, while a tearful Kathleen van der Merwe won the Hyundai i10.

The competition ran from November 1, 2013, to January 19, 2014.
