Community helps the animals

Help an animal today by donating to the Germiston SPCA Christmas Cheer Fund.

The Germiston SPCA’s Christmas Cheer Fund is continuing to grow.

Laurence Kingston, manager of the Germiston SPCA is delighted with the response so far.

The fund is currently sitting on R43 244.80.

Time to donate to the fund is, however, running out as it will close at the end of January.

Over the festive period many animals find themselves abandoned or roaming the streets as strays.

This is where the SPCA steps in to provide these desperate animals with shelter and food.

But, in order to do this, the society needs funds.

All the money raised will go towards the care of abused, abandoned and stray animals over the festive period.

All donations will be acknowledged in the GCN on a weekly basis.

It is so easy to help.

All you need to do is make a donation, big or small, it doesn’t matter, as every cent helps.

When making your donation, please give your first name and surname, so that you can be thanked properly in the GCN.

Donations can be made at the Germiston SPCA’s kennels, in Junction Road, Driehoek.
