Get ready for the morning market

Come to the morning market.

The Elandsvallei Home for the Aged is currently planning its annual morning market.

The market will take place at the home, at 20 Rietfontein Road, Primrose, on December 7, from 9am.

There will be a variety of stalls, including furniture, white elephant, bric-a-brac, jumble, books, plants, CDs and DVDs, homemade delights from the kitchen, cake and candy, boerewors rolls, toasted sandwiches, waffles and ice-cream, a tea garden and Christmas gifts.

Please diarise the date.

The home appeals to the public for donations of household items, furniture, clothing and other white elephant bric-a-brac for the stalls.

It is also looking for biscuits, cakes, jams, pickles, mayonnaise, eggs, tea, coffee, long-life milk, condensed milk, cake boxes, whole chickens, cheese, tomatoes, ice-cream and sweets.

Collection can be arranged.
