Help police find alleged rapist
Have you seen this man who is wanted in connection with a rape?
The Germiston FCS Unit needs the community’s help.
The unit has issued an identikit of a man alleged to have repeatedly raped an elderly woman at an old age home, in Elandsfontein, on September 5, 2012.
It is also alleged that he stole money and other household goods.
The incident occurred when a man knocked on the woman’s door, claiming he was looking for work as he had a family to support.
He forced his way into the house and then raped her.
When he wanted to leave, he ordered the woman to drive him to Witfield, in Boksburg, where he got out of her car and ran away.
The man is described as being between the ages of 25 and 30 years old.
He is short, with a slender build, and at the time of the attack he was wearing black and white takkies, blue jeans and a navy blue sweater with a hoodie.
He spoke English, was aggressive and carried a kitchen knife.
