Four men rob local store

Primrose police appeal to the public for information.

The Primrose SAPS are appealing to the community to help them track down four robbery suspects.

Any information that could lead to the arrest of the four people who were involved in the robbery of a large retail store, located in Rietfontein Road, Primrose, on October 3, would be appreciated.

It is alleged that four men, aged between 30 and 35, entered the shop on the morning of October 3.

The men, armed with one firearm and four knives, threatened the cashier and customers.

They ordered everyone to lie on the floor and demanded the safe keys from the cashier.

Once they had the keys, they filled three 120cm large suitcases and one 60-litre plastic bag with various new cellphones and proceeded to search the customers for any valuables.

They took R6 00 from one of the store’s customers and then left the store and vanished in a White Toyota Quantum,with no registration plates.

The cost of damages and items taken is estimated at R26 000.
