The Douglas DC3 took to the skies to the great excitement of spectators at the Rand Airshow, on Sunday.

The Air Scout fraternity of Gauteng came together on Sunday and built a wooden aircraft for the Rand Airshow. It took them two-and-a-half hours to assemble it. Some 85 Air Scouts, including the Lambton Air Scouts, attended the airshow..
