Safe haven for trauma victims of Elsburg

Elsburg SAPS Victim Support Centre opens trauma centre.

Wilna Berry, the coordinator of the Elsburg Trauma Centre, joined by Baloo, their mascot teddy bear will bring smiles and hope to traumatised victims.

Phumzile Masombuka (from the Department of Community Safety), Col Linah Thethe (Elsburg SAPS station commander) and Duncan Sibuyi (from the Department of Community Safety) are proud of the new trauma centre.

The trauma centre lounge is decorated with colour and is comfortable to help traumatised victims feel safe and comfortable.

Michele Clarke (MPL Germiston constituency head) and Alta de Beer (councillor for Ward 39) are excited about the new Elsburg trauma centre.
