Members of the Germiston EMPD Crime Prevention Unit swooped on an alleged drug den in Edenvale, last Monday.
Working on a tip-off from a reliable source, the officers arrested three alleged drug dealers who were found selling the drug Kat at an internet café.
The arrests took place at 2pm and Kat worth approximately R2 000 was confiscated from the trio.
The internet café is situated on van Riebeeck Street in the Edenvale CBD.
Two of the suspects, aged 31 and 36, are Nigerian nationals and the third suspect is a 23-year-old South African.
Over and above the drugs confiscated, an amount of R2 400, suspected to be the proceeds from the illegal sales of drugs, was also seized.
