Record number of entries for Nissan Easter Festival

Attend this equestrian extravaganza.

For the first time in its 15-year history, the Nissan Easter Festival has a waiting list of entries – eager riders who are desperate to participate in the Easter extravaganza.

“We have over 1 000 entries competing across all disciplines, ranging from Little League and equitation to show-jumping,” said Kyalami Equestrian Park chairman Clem dos Santos. .

“We have maximised the capacity of every class and still field daily requests for additional entries.”

Dos Santos added that it’s the action outside of the ring that sees in excess of 10 000 people attend.“There’s so much going on for families and friends of all ages, including a Nissan Kids Zone, Nissan test drive opportunities on a mini off-road track, plenty of prizes, an Easter Egg Hunt, a police horse display and delectable foods in our family village,” he said.

The show runs from March 28 to April 6, at Kyalami Equestrian Park, 1 Dahlia Road, Kyalami.
