Give credit, where credit is due

Home affairs staff impresses.

Nicki Lunderstedt writes:

I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

That is why I must compliment the Germiston Home Affairs Department on their service.

After a horrible experience at the Edenvale Home Affairs Department, I was nervous to go to the Germiston branch for my passport.

However, my time there was wonderful.

As soon as I walked in the door I was assisted by a very friendly gentleman, who took me straight to the front of the queue, owing to my age.

When I reached the counter to pay, I was greeted by very friendly female cashiers, who not only helped me with my current transaction, but also assisted me in applying for the new card ID.

The service was amazing, and the whole experience lovely.

Well done Germiston Home Affairs.
