Fund-raising is always a challenge for organisations.
That is why Epworth Children’s Village has come up with a unique fund-raising concept to help to fill the coffers this Christmas.
“During the festive season, when everyone else is trying to provide the best for their families, we are working hard to bring in money for Christmas and for the start of the new school year for the 84 children in our care,” said Roberta Ingrato, public relations and human resources manager for Epworth.
“As part of our Christmas Drive, Epworth Children’s Village is offering corporate gift-wrapping services, in return for donations, during the festive season.”
Corporates are asked to contact the home early to make arrangements if they want their gifts wrapped timeously.
“Forward planning will allow us to give them the best service,” Ingrato said.
