The Germiston SPCA recently received a donation from the Bedfordview Garden Club.
The gift consisted of dog food, water bowls, blankets and cash.
Laurence Kingston, manager of the Germiston society, said: “We are most grateful for all the support we received and I am pleased that I was given the opportunity of addressing the members about matters affecting the SPCA.”
