“We need to stop thinking we are not good enough. It starts with each of us within ourselves,” she said.

After two years of being held as a pandemic-induced virtual summit, this year marked the summit’s reincarnation.

The event celebrates the accomplishments of female leaders whose dedication and selflessness will inspire future generations.

At the summit, Singhita spoke about her journey and overcoming her challenges.

“Writing the talk was probably the hardest part – where to start and what to say. Speaking from one’s heart makes it easier because then you are just telling your story and believing you can do anything you put your mind to,” she added.

Her motto is to work hard in silence and let your success make all the noise.
