City of Ekurhuleni will no longer use EasyPay as payment option
As of December 1, the Easy Pay prefix 91339 used to make payment at retail stores will no longer be operational.
The City of Ekurhuleni will no longer use the services of its third payment option Easy Pay with effect from November 30.

As of December 1, the Easy Pay prefix 91339 used to make payment at retail stores will no longer be operational.
Customers wishing to pay their municipal accounts at retail stores can use new third party payment options such as Pay at and Cigicell using prefix 11544 and the municipal account number at applicable outlets.
Alternatively, for more convenience, customers are encouraged to register on https://siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za/ to view current account balance, download statements and make payments through Siyakhokha channels.

Customers can pay their municipal bills at Ackermans, Boxer, Builders Warehouse, Cambridge Food, Checkers, Game, Makro, Pep, Pick n Pay, Rhino Cash N Carry, Shoprite or Spar.
