Residents of Ekurhuleni can submit their meter readings via the My CoE app.

The self-service meter management system allows residents to capture and send through their own readings.

Go to the Siyakhokha tab on the My CoE app, select ‘Meter Systems’ and follow the prompts.

The dates for reading submissions are on the website and appear on the ‘Meter Systems’ tab.

“The self-help system eliminates interim or estimated meter readings and eliminates duplication of dates.

“Residents can upload photos of their meter readings and accurate linking of a meter by having GPS coordinates on your phone,” said CoE spokesperson Zweli Dlamini.
