Lifeline East Rand starts Personal Growth Course end of July
It is also a journey of self-exploration that will inspire participants to evaluate their past, relationships, ambitions and personal attributes.
Lifeline East Rand will again be hosting its Personal Growth Course and interested persons are invited to sign-up.

The five-week course, hosted on Saturday mornings from July 30 to August 27, will offer two sessions per day, which will run from 09:00 to 14:00 with rest breaks in-between.
It offers experiential learning opportunities, which encourage individuals to learn from each other within a group context, with the aim of deepening self-awareness.
It is also a journey of self-exploration that will inspire participants to evaluate their past, relationships, ambitions and personal attributes.
For those wanting to further participate in the Lifeline Basic Counselling Skills course, the Personal Growth Course needs to be completed before further skills training may be presented.

Space is limited to 16 participants over the age of 21 at a discounted rate of R2 000.
