Mosotho’s donation drive continues to inspire

Mokoena gives back to the community.

Fashion designer Mosotho Mokoena continues to give to the needy as he again donated food parcels to four families as level four lockdown continues.

The donations were made on July 7.

According to Mokoena, the lockdown restrictions resulted in many people losing their jobs and their main source of income.

Known for his comedy and eye-catching designs, Mokoena strives to empower and make a difference in the lives of underprivileged people.

“I am a businessman and a philanthropist. I enjoy giving and sharing,” said Mokoena.

“Recipients were carefully chosen. Some of them were recently retrenched and lost their only sustainable source of income.”

Mondy Abram Sepahane was one of the recipients who was retrenched earlier this year.

“I have been looking for a job since. I am a hard worker. Mokoena is helping me to look for a security company to work for as a qualified security guard.”

Patricia Engelbrecht also shared her gratitude towards Mokoena and wished him more prosperity in everything he does.

“On behalf of all the recipients, I would like to thank Mokoena. It’s his thoughts for others that counts,” said Engelbrecht.
