Bertha Gxowa celebrates quality assurance month

Beatrice Peloagae said every day the quality assurance department makes sure it provides the best service.

It has been a challenging year for health-care workers as they experienced Covid-19 from the frontline.

Bertha Gxowa Hospital hosted its annual quality awareness event on November 27 at the hospital. It provided the hospital the opportunity to acknowledge staff members for the work they do.

“We are proud of Ekurhuleni district. They have really been making sure they provide the best service to the public,” said Ekurhuleni health district quality assurance manager Beatrice Peloagae.

She said improving the quality of health-care services delivered to communities is fundamental for improving South Africa’s health outcome and preparation for National Health Insurance.
