Lockdown has been tough on people who enjoy participating in outdoor sports and canoeists are no exception.
Many have, however, became very creative with ways to tie a bunjee on their boats so they could paddle in their pools in one spot, while getting some training in.
Joe Freedman from Risana in the South of Johannesburg missed his regular training sessions where he would cycle to Wemmer Pan for a few laps around the dam and made a plan to do his regular workout at home.
