The community of Elsburg is determined to reclaim the streets of their suburb.

In November 2019, the community held the first Elsburg Community March Against Drugs and on February 15, residents will once again take to the streets to say enough is enough.

“We are taking back the streets of Elsburg,” said community leader Prince Rulashe ahead of the last Elsburg community march against drugs.

The march will start at the Elsburg Community Hall in Park Lane at 10am.

“We will then march down Voortrekker, Brug and van Riebeeck streets before handing over a memorandum to the owner of the Zenith Building in Elsburg, a known drug hot spot,” explained Rulashe.

For more information on the march call Rulashe on 078 533 6474.
