Primrose police warn the community to be careful during the festive season.

As the country into the festive season, the Primrose police are urging the community to put their safety first.

Residents are also urged to secure arrangements with relatives to deposit money into different accounts.

“We are warning those who are planning on sharing their money with relatives to be extra careful,” said Maome.

“It is not nice to work hard and save from January only to lose that money in 15 seconds.”

Community members are encouraged to get involved in their local community watch activities.

“We also encourage residents to tell a neighbour they trust when they are travelling so that someone can check on the property,” said Maome.

“The Primrose police will be on the streets throughout the festive season to help the community to keep the area safe,” said Maome.
